OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Kita’s Chaos Corner. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Kita’s Chaos Corner. By visiting our website, creating an account, purchasing a product, downloading digital content, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website or purchase our products.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence to make a purchase, or you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our products, website, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

  1. STORE INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, availability, and other information are accurate. However, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, cancel affected orders, or change product details at any time.

Product colors may appear differently depending on screen settings. Many product images are digital mockups intended to show the approximate placement and appearance of a design. Minor differences in color, placement, materials, or finish may occur during production.

  1. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

Many Kita’s Chaos Corner products are made or printed only after an order is placed. Products and quantities may be limited, changed, or discontinued without notice.

We reserve the right to limit sales by customer, household, geographic region, product, or order quantity. We may refuse or cancel an order involving suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, prohibited content, resale activity, or misuse of our services.

If we cancel a paid order, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes, shipping charges, customs fees, and other applicable costs may be added during checkout.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the billing information you provide is complete and accurate.

Discounts and promotional offers are subject to their stated conditions and may be changed or discontinued where permitted by law.

  1. MADE-TO-ORDER AND PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Customers are responsible for reviewing all selected sizes, colors, names, spelling, designs, and personalization details before submitting an order.

Once production begins, changes and cancellations may not be possible. Personalized, custom, and made-to-order products are final sale except when they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order.

We may decline personalization requests containing unlawful, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate material.

  1. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTION AND FULFILLMENT

Some products are manufactured, printed, packaged, or shipped by independent production and fulfillment partners. Products may ship from different facilities, arrive in separate packages, or display different tracking numbers.

Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, supply interruptions, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional charges may apply when an order must be replaced or reshipped because the submitted address was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer as permitted by applicable law. Please review our Shipping Policy for production estimates, delivery information, tracking, international orders, and lost-package procedures.

  1. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns, replacements, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Please review that policy before completing a purchase.

Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.

  1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital downloads are licensed—not sold—for the purchaser’s personal, non-commercial use unless a product listing expressly provides a different license.

Digital files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, uploaded for public download, reproduced for commercial merchandise, or claimed as another person’s work without written permission.

Digital purchases are final sale after delivery or download, except when a file is incorrect, corrupted, unusable, or otherwise required to be refunded under applicable law.

  1. CAUSE-RELATED PRODUCTS

Some products or collections may support an individual, family, fundraiser, or cause. The applicable product or collection page will describe the intended support.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a cause-related product is a retail purchase and not a tax-deductible charitable donation. Any separate fundraising link is governed by the terms and policies of the fundraising platform.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Original Kita’s Chaos Corner characters, artwork, writing, music, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, product designs, digital files, and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit our original content without written permission.

Third-party names, trademarks, characters, artwork, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. References to third-party properties do not imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement unless expressly stated.

  1. CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED CONTENT

If you submit photographs, reviews, artwork, names, personalization instructions, or other content, you confirm that you have permission to provide and use that material.

You retain ownership of your original content. You grant us a limited license to use submitted content as reasonably necessary to process your order, provide customer support, produce requested products, and display reviews or content that you have authorized for publication.

  1. PROHIBITED USES

You may not:

• Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, systems, or customer information
• Introduce viruses, malicious code, scraping tools, or disruptive automated systems
