Kita Lore
Hi, Chaos Crew! Kita here. I’m nineteen years old and, according to the official paperwork, completely quirkless. According to the furniture I accidentally levitate and the occasional shocked person floating three feet off the ground, the paperwork may need an update.
I can lift and move objects, rubble, and sometimes entire people without touching them. I do not completely understand how it works or whether the ability was always buried inside me. Is that concerning? Probably. Is it useful when someone needs rescuing or Bakugo leaves something heavy directly in the walkway? Absolutely.
The Part That Isn’t a Joke
I was taken when I was five and experimented on for ten years. I escaped at fifteen, but getting out was only the beginning. I had to learn how to live again, trust people, and figure out who I was outside of what had been done to me. I survived something that was meant to erase me. It didn’t.
My Extremely Calm and Quiet Family
When I was seventeen, I finally found my older brother, Bakugo. Yes, that Bakugo. If you have ever wondered whether he possesses an indoor voice, extensive research says no. He is loud, stubborn, fiercely protective, and one of the most important people in my world. I love him. I just occasionally love him from a noise-safe distance.
At eighteen, I met Dark, who became my best friend and the person most likely to stop me from making a questionable decision. She prevents at least thirty percent of them. The other seventy percent becomes character development.
Deku is a close family friend, professional mutterer, and human encyclopedia of heroic observations. He believes there is good in me even when I struggle to see it. He can also turn one simple question about my power into a forty-five-minute analysis with diagrams.
Hero? Villain? Please Select “Other.”
I am not a licensed hero, but I am definitely not a villain. I’m a vigilante: the morally concerned middle option with less paperwork and significantly more rooftop running. I step in when someone needs help, even when that means working outside the rules. The Hero Commission probably has opinions. Fortunately, I developed selective hearing from growing up with Bakugo.
Who I Am
Sweet, caring, patient, and fiercely protective. If someone threatens my people, patience quietly leaves the group chat.
My Greatest Fear
Losing my friends or my brother after fighting so hard to find a family again.
My Very Complicated Goal
Help people. Protect my family. Leave nobody behind. Try not to get yelled at. That last one is going badly.
My Vigilante Style
I wear clothes that let me move quickly and disappear into the city when necessary: dark cargo pants or shorts, a comfortable fitted top, sturdy boots, fingerless gloves, and an oversized jacket or hoodie. I add protective arm guards, a hood or face covering, and a utility belt that holds important gear, emergency supplies, and probably snacks. That part is classified.
Purple, pink, teal, electric blue, stars, wings, and music details keep everything feeling like me. I may work in the shadows, but I refuse to dress like all the color has been removed from my life. If I’m going to confuse villains, heroes, and government paperwork at the same time, I’m not doing it in beige.
