How fulfillment works

Products may be made by Gig Line Designs in Colorado Springs or through Printify production partners. Product details and available shipping choices appear on the product page or at checkout.

Production time

Most made-to-order physical items need about 2 to 7 business days before shipping. Availability, order size, personalization, holidays, and the production partner can change that estimate.

Personalized and bulk drinkware

Email support@kitachaoscorner.com before ordering. We will confirm the design, quantity, price, and expected timing.

Transit time

Transit begins after production. Standard United States delivery is commonly estimated at 2 to 5 business days after shipment. International delivery can take about 10 to 30 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Multiple packages

Items made by different partners can arrive separately and may have more than one tracking number.

Address changes

Please check your address before ordering. Email us immediately if something needs to be corrected. Changes are not guaranteed after production starts.

International orders

Availability depends on the product and destination. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar charges unless checkout says otherwise.

Delays and tracking

Weather, holidays, customs, carrier disruptions, and delayed scans can affect delivery. If tracking shows a problem, email us with your order number.

Digital downloads

Digital items are delivered electronically and do not need shipping.
