Production time
Physical products are made to order. Most orders ship within approximately 2–7 business days after they are submitted for production. Production time may vary because of product availability, order size, holidays, or the selected production partner.
Estimated transit time
Transit time begins after production is complete. Standard domestic delivery within the United States is commonly estimated at 2–5 business days after shipment. Standard international delivery can take approximately 10–30 business days. These estimates are not guarantees.

Multiple packages
Items in the same order may be produced by different partners. Your order may arrive in multiple packages and may have more than one tracking number.
Address changes
Please review your delivery address before submitting your order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Address changes are not guaranteed after production begins, and changing the destination country after production begins may not be possible.
International orders
International shipping availability depends on the product and destination. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or similar destination charges unless checkout states otherwise. Customs processing can extend delivery time.
Delays and tracking
Carrier scans and tracking updates can be delayed. Weather, holidays, customs, carrier disruptions, and other events outside our control may affect delivery. Contact us through the Contact page if tracking shows a problem or your package has not arrived within the expected window.
